The RRP9398080-49 from RFHIC is a GaN-on-SiC Power Amplifier (PA) Pallet that operates from 9.3 to 9.8 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 80 W with a gain of over 49 dB and an efficiency of 25%. This PA is designed using RFHIC’s GaN-on-SiC HEMT technology and utilizes a Class AB design, which offers high breakdown voltage, a wider bandwidth, and higher efficiency. It has an attached copper sub-carrier with improved thermal handling capability based on patented technology. This PA pallet has spurious levels of -60 dBc and harmonic levels of -40 dBc. 

The RRP9398080-49 amplifier requires a DC supply of 40 V and consumes 10 A of current. This power amplifier is available as a module that measures 170 x 75 x 23 mm and has SMA (female) & N-type (female) connectors. It is ideal for radar and jamming applications.
