The SKY65372-11 from Skyworks is variable gain LNA that operates from 699 to 748 MHz. It can be used in LTE, WCDMA, and GSM wireless infrastructure applications and macro base stations applications. The amplifier provides a high gain of 42 dB, low noise figure of under 0.8 dB and an excellent return loss of more than 20 dB. The LNA has switchable high/low gain state modes and is available in compact 16-pin multi-chip module (MCM) package that measures 8 x 8 mm.
