The TLPA6G18G-60-60-BC from Talent Microwave Inc. is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) operating from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 60 dBm (~1 kW) with a power gain of more than 60 dB and has a gain flatness of ±4.5 dB. This SSPA features thermal self-protection, preventing damage to the amplifier and providing added reliability and is ideal for laboratory environments. It has spurious levels below -60 dBc and harmonic levels of better than -15 dBc, with a input VSWR below 2.0:1.

The TLPA6G18G-60-60-BC requires an AC supply of 380 V and consumes less than 25 kW of power. It can be controlled via RJ45 and DB9 interfaces and has a 7-inch LCD screen. This amplifier is available in a 32U enclosure and has N-Type (female) connectors at the input/coupling ports and a WRD750 waveguide interface at the output port.
