The TDLNA0840SEP from Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics is an MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 0.3 to 4 GHz. It is radiation-tolerant up to 100 krad (Si) and space-screened for high-reliability missions, making it suitable for communications, military, avionics, and space applications, including phased-array antenna systems. This LNA provides 29 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.5 dB and has an input P1dB of -35 dBm. 

The TDLNA0840SEP has DC-blocked RF ports and is internally matched to 50 Ohms. It requires a DC supply from 0.85 to 3 V and consumes less than 25 mW of power. This amplifier is available in a 16-pin plastic QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm.
