PTS10224

The PTS10224 from TMD Technologies is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates in the X-Band from 8500 to 9600 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 300 W with a duty cycle of up to 15%. The SSPA employs high-power GaN transistors to achieve excellent power performance in a compact and lightweight form factor. It can either operate as a standalone device or by combining multiple power modules. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 40/50 V. It is available in a module that measures 197 × 150 × 30 mm and is ideal for use in defense, electronic warfare, sea and airborne radar applications.
