The TA1003 from Triad RF is a GaN power amplifier that operates from 30 to 2500 MHz. It delivers an output power of 39 dBm with a gain of over 35 dB. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 9 to 36 VDC and consumes 1.2 A of current. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM.
