The TA1007 from Triad RF Systems is a class A GaAs power amplifier module that operates from 500 MHz to 2800 MHz. It provides an output power of 38 dBm and a gain of 39 dB while operating over a 12 V supply. This compact and powerful broadband power amplifier has been designed  for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. This amplifier is available in a small, light weight package that measures 5 x 2.5 x 0.553 inches with SMA female connectors.
