The TTRM1192 from Triad RF Systems is a Bi-Directional Amplifier that operates from 1200 to 1400 MHz. In Tx mode, it delivers a saturated output power of 39 dBm with a gain of 27 dB. In Rx mode, it provides a gain of -4 dB with a noise figure of 2 dB and has an output P1dB of 5 dBm. It has a Tx/Rx switching time of less than 2 µs.

This class AB amplifier uses the latest LDMOS transistor technology to achieve high linear power with low distortion, or peak power at high efficiencies. It requires a DC supply from 9 - 15 V and consumes under 60 mA of current.

The TTRM1192 can support any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3G/4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. It has manual gain control, an internal bypass relay, and over/under/reverse voltage protection. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 5.31 x 2.4 x 1.1 inches and has SMP/SMA-female connectors. It is ideal for both military and commercial applications.
