50P-2154

The 50P-2154 from JFW Industries is a Solid-State Programmable Attenuator that operates from 0.4 to 8.4 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 0-95 dB in 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32 dB steps with an attenuation accuracy of up to ±1.20 dB. This attenuator has an insertion loss of less than 7.5 dB and a switching speed of less than 4 μs. It can handle an RF input power of +28 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 2.0:1. This attenuator can be controlled via a USB interface. 

The 50P-2140 requires a DC supply of +5 V via the USB-C interface and consumes 2 mA of current. It is available as a module that measures 2.50 x 2.50 x 0.48 inches and has SMA (female) connectors.
