The FQA-V-0001 from Farran Technology is an active 4X frequency multiplier with an output frequency from 18 to 50 GHz. It can handle an input power up to 10 dBm and delivers an output power of more than 10 dBm. The multiplier requires a supply voltage of 6-12 VDC while consuming 500 mA of current and has a harmonic supression of -15 dBc. It is available in a module with 1.85 mm female connector and is ideal for radar sources, test equipment and communication sources applications.
