The HMM3W-027 from HXI is a High Efficiency 3x Passive Multiplier that multiplies an input frequency from 25-36.66 GHz to an output frequency covering the WR-10 band from 75 - 110 GHz. This multiplier uses a pair of GaAs beam lead diodes on a planar circuit mounted in a low loss waveguide structure. It provides 7 dBm output power when provided a 23 dBm input power. This multiplier is available in a module with a WR-28 UG599/U input flange and WR-10 UG387/U-M output flange. It is ideal for frequency multiplication, MMW instrumentation, signal source frequency extension, and test and measurement.
