The MMD-2050HSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive MMIC mm-Wave Frequency Doubler that upconverts an input frequency from 10 to 25 GHz to an output frequency from 20 to 50 GHz. Fabricated with GaAs Schottky diodes, this doubler provides a conversion loss of 12.5 dB when driven by an LO drive of 10 to 15 dBm. The device has F and 3F suppressions of 33 dBc and 40 dBc, respectively. This RoHS-compliant frequency doubler is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for high-frequency synthesis and LO signal chain applications.
