The DB0603N from KYOCERA AVX are 90° Hybrid Couplers that operate from 2 to 6 GHz. These 3 dB couplers provide an isolation of more than 10 dB and have an insertion loss of less than 0.9 dB. They can handle an input power of up to 10 W, have an amplitude balance of ±1 dB, and a phase balance of ±3° (relative to 90°). The couplers are based on thin-film multilayer technology that provides a miniature part with excellent high-frequency performance and rugged construction for reliable automatic assembly. They are available in surface-mount LGA packages that measure 1.60 x 0.84 x 0.60 mm and is suitable for 4G, 5G, base stations, automotive and balanced amplifiers & signal distribution applications.
