The X4C20L1-02G from TTM Technologies is a 90° Coupler that operates from 1700 to 2300 MHz. This 2 dB coupler can handle an input power of up to 3 W and provides isolation of more than 23 dB. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB. It is constructed from ceramic-filled PTFE composites, which exhibit excellent electrical and mechanical stability and have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +140°C. The coupler is available in a surface-mount package that measures 1.69 x 0.94 mm.
