The OCXO2526C series of OCXOs from Dynamic Engineers operate from 30 to 300 MHz by using an internal frequency multiplication of 3x or 5x. These SMD OCXOs have a phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and a stability of ±3 ppb over a temperature range from -40 to 85°C. They require a supply voltage of 3.3/5/12 V and provide an HCMOS, TTL or sinewave waveform output. The OCXO's are available in a 25.8 x 25.8 x 12.7 mm surface mount package and are ideal for cellular base stations, radar reference, stratum 3E clock systems and microwave applications.
