OX7000 Series

The OX700 Series from Raltron are Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXOs) that operate at 10/12.8/20/25/32 MHz. They produce LVCMOS output waveforms with a frequency stability of ±70 ppb versus an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. These oscillators have a phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset). 

The OX700 Series of OCXOs have a short-term stability of 0.05 ppb/s and a frequency aging of ±300 ppb for the first year. They require a 3.3 V DC supply and draw less than 450 mA of current. These RoHS- and REACH-compliant oscillators are available in SMD packages measuring 9.7 x 7.5 x 4.0 mm. They are tested to ensure high reliability in thermal, mechanical, and vibration-prone environments.
