The PLO6G10MIHU from Lotus Communication Systems is a Phase-Locked Oscillator (PLO) that operates from 3 to 6 GHz. It provides an output power of 13-15 dBm. This PLO has spurious levels of -better than 80 dBc, harmonic levels of -25 dBc, and a phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset). This oscillator has a built-in 10 MHz reference TCXO with a frequency stability of 0.28 ppm.
