The PLO6G10MIHU from Lotus Communication Systems is a Phase-Locked Oscillator (PLO) that operates from 3 to 6 GHz. It provides an output power of 13-15 dBm. This PLO has spurious levels of -better than 80 dBc, harmonic levels of -25 dBc, and a phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset). This oscillator has a built-in 10 MHz reference TCXO with a frequency stability of 0.28 ppm. It requires a DC supply of +5 V, consumes less than 1 W of power, and has a lock detect pin to indicate out-of-lock condition.  

The PLO6G10MIHU can be fine-tuned with a USB-C virtual communications port using a standard serial communication protocol. This oscillator is available as a module that measures 1.50 x 1.50 x 0.53 inches and has an SMA (female) connector. It is ideal for use in test instrumentation, phase locking, frequency synthesizers, local oscillators, and wireless & optical communication applications.
