The PLDRO-12522R24M-13DBM-SFF from Quantic PMI is a Phase-Locked Microwave Oscillator (PLO) that provides a fixed output frequency of 12.52224 GHz. It requires an external reference input of 130.44 MHz at 0 ±3 dBm and delivers an output power of more than 13 dBm. This PLO has SSB phase noise better than -110 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and better than -130 dBc/Hz at a 1 MHz offset. It has harmonics below -20 dBc and in-band spurious levels below -70 dBc. This Oscillator provides a TTL high lock detect output to indicate when the oscillator is phase-locked to the reference. 

The PLDRO-12522R24M-13DBM-SFF requires a DC supply of +12 to +15 V and consumes less than 350 mA of current. This oscillator is available in a chemically coated module (MIL-DTL-5541 Type 2, Class 3) measuring 2.25 × 2.25 × 0.62 inches and has an SMA (female) RF connector. It can operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
