The HL9462 from Hyperlabs is an un-matched Broadband Pick-off Tee that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It can be used as a trigger source with minimum perturbation of the thru signal path. The Pick-off tee has a thru insertion loss of 3.5 dB, a pick-off insertion loss of 10.5 dB, and can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm. The device has an amplitude match of ± 0.1 dB and a phase match of ± 2° at 10 GHz.

This RoHS-compliant pick-off tee is available in a module that measures 31.24 x 22.86 x 13.59 mm with SMA jack connectors. The HL9462 is ideal for digital oscilloscope applications including Prescaler triggering, synchronization, and clock/data recovery. This product is also available as a matched pair (P/N: HL9462M).
