HL9467

The HL9467 from Hyperlabs is a Broadband Impedance-matched Pick-off tee with a thru-line frequency range from DC to 67 GHz and a pick-off bandwidth of 55 GHz (-3 dB). It is designed for trigger extraction applications with minimal disturbance to the main signal path. This broadband pick-off tee has a thru-line insertion loss of 4 dB and a coupling loss of 10 dB. It can handle input power up to 30 dBm with a return loss greater than 15 dB. 

The HL9467 provides amplitude matching within 0.25 dB and phase matching within 2° at 10 GHz. It is available as a module measuring 30.75 × 24.23 × 13.59 mm and has 1.85 mm jack connectors. This pick-off tee is suitable for digital oscilloscope applications, including prescaler triggering, synchronisation, and clock/data recovery.
