The PLDRO-10000-100 from Luff Research is a 10 GHz Phase-Locked Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (PLDRO). It delivers an output power of 15 dBm with a phase noise of -130 dBc/Hz at a 1 MHz offset. This PLDRO supports operation with either an external 100 MHz reference or an internal crystal oscillator. It has harmonic levels of better than -20 dBc and spurious levels of better than -60 dBc.

The PLDRO-10000-100 includes a lock detector output, with an optional TTL-compatible version available. It requires a 5.5 V DC supply and draws 600 mA of current. This oscillator is available in a rugged module measuring 2.25 × 2.25 × 0.63 inches and operates over a temperature range from -5°C to +65°C.
