MPD-0422FCSP2 Image

The MPD-0422FCSP2 from Marki Microwave is a 2-Way Wilkinson MMIC Power Divider/Combiner that operates from 4 to 22 GHz. It provides an isolation of up to 24 dB, has an amplitude balance of 0.12 dB, and a phase balance of 0.15°. This power splitter is housed in a miniaturized package of SMT footprint, making it suitable for applications prioritizing low SWaP. It can be used either as an equal amplitude/phase power splitter or a power combiner with excellent isolation. This power splitter uses a mix of lumped element and distributed circuits to significantly reduce the footprint, while maintaining isolation at low frequencies.

The MPD-0422FCSP2 is developed with tight fabrication tolerances that result in less unit-to-unit variation than traditional power divider technologies. This RoHS-compliant power splitter/combiner is available in a CSP2 package that measures 2.50 x 2.50 mm. It is ideal for high channel count systems, test equipment, electronic warfare, satellite communications, and radar applications.

This power splitter/combiner has an EAR99 export classification.
