The GRF131 Series from Teledyne Relays are Non-Latching, SPDT Relays that operate from DC to 18 GHz. They have a switching time of less than 10 ms and provide high isolation between control and signal paths. The relays incorporate a precision transmission line structure in the internal construction of the contact system. They have unique construction features and manufacturing techniques that provide excellent robustness for environmental extremes and overall reliability. These relays are suitable for applications that require low power consumption.

The GRF131 Series use minimum mass components and welded construction that provides maximum resistance to shock and vibration. They are available in hermetically-sealed surface-mount packages that feature a unique ground shield to facilitate surface mounting and to extend the frequency range when compared to through-hole solution. These relays are designed for use in RF attenuators, RF switch matrices, high frequency spread spectrum radios, ATE, and other applications that require dependable high-frequency signal fidelity and performance.
