The RF131 Series from Teledyne Relays are 20 Gbps SPDT Non-Latching RF Relays that operate from DC to 12 GHz. They have a switching time of less than 10 ms with a propagation delay from 54 to 60 ps. These relays incorporate a precision 50-ohm transmission line in the contact system which provide optimum RF transmission characteristics. They have a contact load rating of 0.25 A and a contact life rating of 2,000,000 cycles. The relays require a DC supply of 28 V and consume 315 mW of power. They are available in hermetically-sealed packages that measure 8.51 x 11.05 x 30.86 mm and are ideal for use in RF attenuators, RF switch matrices, high-frequency spread spectrum radios, ATE, and other applications.
