The GaN-Ku-SSPA-BUC-600W from Celestia TTI are GaN Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA)/Block Up Converters (BUCs) that convert input frequencies from 950 to 1700 MHz/950 to 1450 MHz to output frequencies from 13.75 to 14.5 GHz/12.75 to 13.25 GHz. They utilize cutting-edge GaN technology, offering high performance in outdoor operations. These SSPA/BUCs deliver an output power of 57.8 dBm with a gain of more than 65 dB and a gain flatness of less than 3 dB p-p. They can also be combined with multiple SSPAs in-phase on built-in redundancy and hot-swappable modules to enhance the output power up to a few kWs. These BUCs have spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and a spectral regrowth of -25 dBc. 

The GaN-Ku-SSPA-BUC-600W includes an output isolator for protection against reflected power, along with optional harmonic and receive reject filters (externally) to deliver an accurate output. These SSPA/BUCs are equipped with control interfaces, including RS-485 and USB, and can monitor parameters such as input power, temperature, and output power to ensure high reliability. They require an AC supply of 90 to 264 V (detachable power supply module) and consume less than 2500 W of power. These converters are available in compact weatherproof enclosures measuring 550 x 360 x 289 mm and have N-type (female)/SMA (female) connectors at the input port & a WR75 grooved waveguide interface at the output port.
