SBTR003UL Image

The SBTR003UL from SpaceBridge is an RF Transceiver that converts input frequencies from 10.70 to 11.70 GHz (IF) to output frequencies from 12.75 to 13.25 GHz (RF). It is an integrated, single-box solution designed for demanding VSAT applications. This transceiver includes a Tx unit, an Rx unit, and a feed horn/OMT. The Tx unit delivers an output P1dB of 34.5 dBm with a gain of 58 dB, while the Rx unit provides a gain of 57 dB, a noise figure of less than 1.3 dB and a phase noise of -80 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset).

The feed horn integrated into this transceiver supports linear (orthogonal) polarization, and provides more than 30 dB (Tx) and 80 dB (Rx) of isolation in the Tx-Rx chain, with a cross-polarization isolation greater than 30 dB. It requires a DC supply of 15 to 24 V and consumes less than 25 W of power. This RF transceiver is available as an IP67-rated rugged module measuring 217.0 x 96.8 x 53.5 mm and has F-type (female) connectors at the IF ports.
