ADRF5030

The ADRF5030 from Analog Devices is a Silicon SPDT Non-Reflective Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. It has a switching speed of 70 ns and provides an isolation of up to 55 dB with an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB. This switch can handle up to 36 dBm of input power and has a return loss of less than 27 dB. It is manufactured using the silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process and has complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and low-voltage transistor-to-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible control.

The ADRF5030 requires a dual DC supply of ±3.3 V and consumes less than 150 μA (positive supply) and 520 μA (negative supply) of current. This RoHS-compliant switch is available in an LGA package that measures 3 x 3 mm. It is ideal for test instrumentation, military radios, radars, electronic countermeasures (ECMs), microwave radios, and very small aperture terminals (VSATs) applications.
