ADRF5045

The ADRF5045 is a general-purpose, non-reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 9 kHz to 30 GHz. The switch has a low insertion loss of 2.4 dB and provides high port to port isolation of 45 dB from 20 to 30 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 24 dBm. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages of +3.3 V and -3.3 V, and provides CMOS/LVTTL compatible control

The ADRF5045 is available in a 24-terminal LGA package and is ideal for microwave radios, test instrumentation, military radios, radars and electronic counter measures applications.
