The MM5130 from Menlo Micro provides ultra-low loss operation and superior RF performance from DC to 26 GHz, with an IP3 surpassing 95 dBm, and greater than 3 billion switching cycles at +85ºC. The MM5130 is an ideal solution for replacing large RF electromechanical relays, as well as RF/microwave solid-state switches in applications where linearity and insertion loss are critical parameters. The four switch channels are individually controllable by applying a voltage to the corresponding RF GATE pin.

The MM5130 is available in a WLCSP package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm and is suitable for use in switches filter banks and tuneable filters, high power RF front ends, antenna tuning and low-loss switch matrices & EM relay replacement in various markets such as defence and aerospace, medical equipments, test and measurement systems, and wireless infrastructure.
