ADRF5062 Image

The ADRF5062 from Analog Devices is a Silicon SPDT Non-reflective  Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 13 GHz. It has a switching speed of 60 ns, provides an insertion loss of less than 1 dB, and an isolation of up to 52 dB. This switch can handle up to 33 dBm of input power and has a return loss of less than 20 dB. It has a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-compatible and low voltage transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible control interface.

The ADRF5062 requires a dual DC supply of ±3.3 V and consumes 135 µA (positive supply) & 510 µA (negative supply) of current. This RoHS-compliant switch is available in an LGA package that measures 3.0 x 3.0 mm. It is ideal for test instrumentation, data converter interfaces and high data rate interface applications.
