The PE42520 from pSemi, a Murata Company is an Absorptive SPDT Switch that operates from 9 kHz to 13 GHz. It is manufactured using pSemi’s UltraCMOS process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, that offers the performance of GaAs. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.7 dB, provides isolation of over 45 dB, and can handle a CW input power of up to 36 dBm.
The PE42520 incorporates HaRP technology which enhances settling time, reduces gate and phase lag, and exhibits high isolation. This switch is available in a 16-lead 3 x 3 mm QFN package and is designed for use in Test/ATE and other high-performance wireless applications.
