The RSWU-SP16TR from Becker Nachrichtentechnik GmbH is a Solid-State SP16T Switching Unit that operates from 100 kHz to 8 GHz. It is a universal, bi-directional RF switch system designed for routing signals to different ports. This test system consists of solid-state semiconductor switches that support high-speed switching operations and ensure no wear and tear, unlike mechanical switches. It is compatible with most common communication standards, including FM, DAB, GSM900/GSM1800, UMTS, LTE, 5G, and KeylessGo. This switching unit has an insertion loss of 6 dB and provides an isolation of 50 dB.  

The RSWU-SP16TR can be remotely controlled via a LAN interface and a trigger input port. It features a queue function that enables pre-loading switching configurations to the matrix device and executing them with trigger pulses. This switching system requires an AC supply of 90 to 260 V and consumes 4 W of power. It is available in a compact 1U rack-mount enclosure that measures 483 x 45 x 265 mm and has SMA (female) connectors. This test system is ideal for EOL test, RF testing of multimedia components, RF signal routing, and broadcast applications.
