BSW6421

The BSW6421 is a reflective SPDT RF switch that operates from 1 MHz to 6 GHz using a single a supply voltage from 2.7 to 5.5 V. It is ideal for high power WiMAX 802.16, WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, DOCIS 3.1 CATV, NFC, IoT and 5G wireless applications. The switch has a low insertion loss of under 1 dB and Isolation of over 40 dB. It can handle a P1dB of up to 39 dBm and an IP3 of up to 63 dB. The switch is available in a RoHS compliant 1.5 x 1.5 mm, 6-lead UDFN package with an ESD rating of 2500 V (HBM) and require no external DC blocking capacitors. It can be used with both 50 ohm and 75 ohms systems.
