The BSW6540 from BeRex is an SP4T Absorptive RF Switch that operates from 5 to 10000 MHz. It is designed to provide high linearity and reliability, delivering high-performance switching for wireless communication applications. This SP4T switch provides 71 dB isolation (RFC to RFX), has a switching time of 220 ns, and an insertion loss of 0.84 dB. It can handle a CW input power of up to 1.25 W (~31 dBm) and has a return loss of 15 dB. 

The BSW6540 SP4T switch is equipped with ESD protection circuits on all pins, ensuring high reliability, and does not require a separate DC-blocking capacitor. It can be controlled using 3 logic pins and features a bypass mode to disable the internal negative voltage, supporting an external negative DC supply. This RoHS-compliant SP4T switch requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 5.5 V and draws 200 µA of current. It is available in a 24-lead thin QFN package that measures 4.00 x 4.00 x 0.75 mm. This switch is ideal for wireless infrastructure, massive MIMO active antenna systems, repeaters, test and measurement, digital pre-distortion, military, and UWB applications.
