MM5130-03NLX

The MM5130-03NLX from Menlo Micro is an SP3T RF switch that operates from DC to 26 GHz. It provides up to 45 dB of isolation, an insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB, and an IP3 of 95 dBm. This high-linearity switch is designed for the most demanding aerospace and defence protection applications and is tested for high-power standoff (open-switch) at 3 GHz. It can handle a CW input power of up to 25 W and a peak pulsed standoff power of up to 479 W (1 µs pulse width & 1.5% duty cycle), with a return loss of less than 20 dB. This high-power switch has a switching time of 8.5 µs (on) & 2.5 µs (off) with harmonic levels better than -120 dBc.

The MM5130-03NLX is developed using Menlo Micro’s Ideal Switch® fabrication process and can operate for more than 3 billion switching cycles. It requires a DC supply of 89 V and consumes less than 500 mA of current. This switch is available in a WLCSP package measuring 2.5 x 2.5 mm. It is ideal for defence & aerospace, medical equipment, test & measurement, and wireless infrastructure applications.
