The PE42462 from Peregrine is an UltraCMOS SP6T RF switch that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of 1.1 dB with an isolation of 35 dB at 6 GHz. This absorptive switch can handle an input power of up to 33 dBm and has a switching time of 210 ns. It is available in a 4 x 4 mm, 24 Lead QFN package and is ideal for wireless infrastructure, filter bank switching and RF signal routing appliactions. No blocking capacitors are required if DC voltage is not present on the RF ports.

The PE42412 is manufactured on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS process, a patented advanced form of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology.
