The PE426462 is a UltraCMOS based absorptive SP6T RF switch that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. It delivers high isolation of 35 dB, low insertion loss of under 1.6 dB and a fast switching time of 210 ns. The switch has been developed to operate over extended temperature ranges from –55 °C to +125 °C. It is ideal for harsh industrial applications that require extended support in this temperature range. No blocking capacitors are required if DC voltage is not present on the RF ports. It is available in a 4 x 4 mm, 24 lead QFN Package.
