PE42721

The PE42721 from Peregrine is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch that has been developed for broadband TV systems that require switching between two RF sources. The switch operates from 5 MHz to 2.2 GHz with a high insulation of more than 55 dB through the band and an insertion loss of under 0.65 dB. It has a high linearity (CTB/CSO of -99/-105 dBc), good ESD performance and features excellent video feedthrough of 4 mVpp for reduced distortion. The PE42721 has a control logic of 1.8 V/3V and is available in a RoHS compliant 3 x 3 mm 12 lead QFN package.
