The TDSW050A2T from Teledyne e2v HiRel is a Reflective GaAs SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 50 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 3.4 dB and provides 23 dB of isolation. This switch can handle an input P1dB of 23 dBm and has a return loss of 10.5 dB at the input and 10 dB at the output. It is fabricated using robust 0.15 μm InGaAs pHEMT technology. This switch requires a DC supply of +5 V consuming 1.1 mA of current or -5 V consuming 0.17 mA of current. It is available as a die measuring 1.15 x 1.47 x 0.1 mm. This switch is qualified for an extended temperature range of –40°C to 85°C as per MIL-PRF-38534 Class K standard making this device ideal for high-reliability Aerospace & defence and space applications.
