SR-F000-2S Image

The SR-F000-2S from UMCC is a SPDT reflective PIN-Diode-Switch that operates from 8 GHz to 12 GHz. It has an insertion loss of under 1.5 dB, an isolation of 50 dB and a VSWR under 1.5:1. The switch can handle up to 37 dBm of average CW power and peak power up to 47 dBm with a rise/fall time of 25 ns. It is available with removable SMA female connectors.
