SR-GS70-1S Image

The SR-GS70-1S is a SPST absorptive PIN Diode switch (with TTL Driver) that operates from 1.5 GHz to 20 GHz. It has an insertion loss of under 4.3 dB and an isolation of over 90 dB through the band. The switch has a rise/fall time of 25 ns and a VSWR under 1.9:1. It can handle up to 24 dBm of CW power and requires a supply of 5 V.
