The RFPT705 from Rakon is an Acceleration Tolerant VCTCXO that operates from 16 to 40 MHz. It has an acceleration sensitivity of 0.2 ppb/g and a frequency versus temperature stability of ± 200 ppb. The device is available in a 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.8 mm package and is ideal for surveying, oil exploration, defense and GPS receiver applications.
