The SAX270 from NewEdge Signal Solutions is an electronically tunable Band Pass Filter that operates from 174 to 512 MHz with a step size of 3 MHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 5 dB and can handle up to 27 dBm of power. The filter has been designed for the extended UHF Band in Tactical Communications Applications using a breakthrough approach to achieve extremely small size and over-molded plastic packaging. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 0.5 x 0.45 x 0.175 inches.
