SHF C981 A

The SHF C981 A from SHF Communication Technologies is a Tunable Filter with a passband from 2 to 18 GHz (supports usability from 0.1 to 65 GHz). It provides an out-of-band rejection of 30 dBc. This filter detects the dominant frequency and automatically sets a narrow frequency range to clean the incoming signal. If this signal’s frequency is out of range for the filter bank, a built-in bypass path is selected, making it usable up to 65 GHz and suitable for clock-cleaning applications.  

The SHF C981 A can be controlled remotely through SHF’s intuitive control center using a USB interface. This RoHS-compliant tunable filter requires a 12 V DC supply and consumes 12 W of power. It is available in a module measuring 60.0 x 65.0 x 52.3 mm and has 1.85 mm (female) & 2.92 mm (female) connectors. An additional heatsink is attached to the module to improve thermal management.
