The CVHD-950 from Crystek Corporation is a Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) that operates from 40 to 130 MHz. It produces HCMOS output waveforms with a current of up to 24 mA and utilizes a high-Q crystal. This oscillator has a pullability APR of more than ±20 ppm, a tuning sensitivity of 25 ppm/V, and a linearity of ±5%. It has a phase noise of -164 dBc/Hz (at 100 kHz offset) and a phase jitter of 40 fs. This VCXO requires a DC supply of 3.3 V. It is available in an SMT package that measures 9 x 14 mm and is ideal for high-definition televisions, avionics, low-phase signal sources, and test & measurement applications.
