The STE-KF406-00-S1 from Sage Millimeter is a D-Band X4 frequency extender that upconverts an input frequency of 27.5 to 42.5 GHz at 5 dBm along with harmonic generation and filtering to produce a 110 to 170 GHz RF signal at -3 dBm. The frequency extender requires a supply voltage of 12 V. It has been designed as a benchtop unit with adjustable legs to allow for an easy test set up. The extender also features  It is ideal for use in the lab for ATE, network analyzer systems, test labs and antenna range applications. It has a WR-06 waveguide interface at the output port and K type female connector at the input port.
