The DNA6000 Series from RIGOL Technologies are 2/4-port vector network analyzers (VNAs) that operate from 5 kHz to 26.5 GHz. They are designed to provide low-noise, broadband performance in a benchtop form factor, making them suitable for stable measurement applications. The broad frequency range of these VNAs enable them to cover a diverse set of applications, ranging from basic passive component testing to material dielectric constant analysis. They can sweep 1 to 100,001 points with a sweep time of 7.71 ms over a 1 MHz bandwidth. These analyzers have a dynamic range of over 120 dB and a trace noise of 0.005 dB RMS, ensuring high stability, even when testing high suppression devices.
The DNA6000 Series vector network analyzers enable true S-parameter device performance with de-embedding features, which strip away errors caused by cables and adapters. They also support advanced analysis with essential tools, including pass/fail limits, SWR, and TDR. These VNAs have a 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch screen for intuitive, gesture-enabled operation, and can be controlled remotely via USB and LAN interfaces. They require an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consume 200 W of power. These analyzers are available in 5U rack-mount enclosures measuring 358.1 x 214.8 x 300.0 mm and have 3.5 mm (male) & N-type (female) connectors.
