40 W GaN-Based BUC/SSPA from 29 to 31 GHz

The ALB128 Series from Agilis is a Ku-Band VSAT Block-Up Converter (BUC) for satellite communication. The BUC upconverts an input frequency from 950 - 1700 MHz to an output frequency from 12.75 - 14.80 GHz. It delivers 8 W of output power with a gain of 64 to 72 dB. This outdoor BUC has high output power linearity and a wide input voltage range which allows it to work from 18 to 60V. It can be used for both data and voice communication operating in different modulation formats.

The ERZ-BUC-2750-3100-43 from Erzia is a Block Upconverter (BUC) that operates in the Ka-Band from 27.5 to 31 GHz and has an IF frequency from 950 to 1950 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 20 W and 10 W of linear power with an adjustable gain from 45 to 75 dB in 0.25 dB steps. This BUC is based on the latest GaN technology with an internal PLL that optimizes power consumption. The GRF-050 from ETL Systems is a 2x1 L-band SATCOM Redundancy Switch that operates from DC to 2450 MHz. It is a latching relay switch that can be used in individual or simultaneous modes with two module slots for multiple configurations.
