The DG70000 Series from RIGOL Technologies are Dual/Quad-Channel Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWGs) that operate up to 5 GHz. They are designed for high-fidelity waveform generation and built on RIGOL’s SiFi III platform, supporting multiple modes for generating waveforms in different formats. This platform uses advanced sequences to self-define long complex waveforms and synchronises across multiple channels, producing wideband, low-jitter waveforms for communications, research, and industrial applications. These systems ensure high signal quality with low latency, and have a sampling rate of up to 12 GSPS, 16-bit vertical resolution, and a channel-to-channel delay of 10 ps.
The DG70000 Series have a waveform memory depth of 1.5 GSamples and an SFDR of -70 dBc, helping the systems create longer waveforms while maintaining high signal purity without compromising the bandwidth. They can directly output an I/Q signal or utilize the DUC option to generate an RF modulated signal with 1.5 GHz bandwidth. These AWGs include a 15.6-inch touchscreen display that supports multi-pane windowing for easy visualization, along with LAN & USB interfaces for remote control. They require an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consume less than 500 W of power. These generators are available in benchtop enclosures measuring 439 x 310 x 491 mm and have SMA (female) connectors.
