SDG3000X Series

The SDG3000X from Siglent Technologies are Dual-Channel Arbitrary/Function Waveform Generators that operates at 80/160/200 MHz. They are designed to produce low-jitter output waveforms for a wide range of applications. These arbitrary waveform generators are based on traditional DDS technology and employ innovative TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies that overcome inherent DDS limitations to ensure high output stability in the generated waveforms. These systems can generate various analog and digital modulation signal types with a sampling resolution of 1.2 GSPS and a vertical resolution of 16 bits. 

The SDG3000X series waveform generators have a pulse width of more than 8 ns and rise/fall times of ±1 ns. They have spurious levels of less than -70 dBc and harmonic levels of up to -60 dBc. These systems also support a range of signal-generation capabilities, including low-jitter square/pulse signals, a sequence-playback function, and a dual-pulse output function for measuring switching parameters and dynamic characteristics of power devices. These waveform generators have a 7-inch touchscreen for monitoring and can be controlled remotely using USB and LAN interfaces. They require an AC supply of 100-240 V and consume 30 W of power. These generators are available in benchtop enclosures measuring 312.02 x 162.29 x 126.40 mm.
